The chance to enter the 2024 ITA Tunnelling Awards ends on June 30th.

This year’s awards are takin place on November 28th in Genoa, Italy, in conjunction with the two-day Italian tunnelling congress organised by the Italian Tunnelling Society (SIG). The join events are a continuation of the ITA’s 50 year anniversary celebrations.

There are 8 award categories:

Major Project of the Year – over €500 million

‍Project of the Year – up to €50 million & €500 million

‍Project of the Year up to €50 million

‍Project of the Year – Renovation projects

‍Technical Innovation of the Year

‍Product/Equipment innovation of the year

‍Beyond Engineering – Making underground works projects even better

‍Young Tunneller of the Year

Nominations for all categories must relate to projects completed between March 1st 2021 and April 1st 2024.

The Young Tunnelling of the year nominees must be born after January 1st 1989.
